This station was operated from the base which sits on stillts (expensive scaffolding) set out over the water. A few of the anttennas were set on the island but several were set on the base. The only part of the base that touches the island is a set of steps which leads to a long walkway which leads to the base on stills sticking out of the ocean. What is the difference between the banned BS7H setup and the YW0DX setup? http://yw0dx.4m5dx.org/photos-antennas.html http://yw0dx.4m5dx.org/photos-new.html Mark N1UK G3ZZM Subscribe/unsubscribe, feedback, FAQ, problems http://njdxa.org/dx-chat To post a message, DX related items only, [email protected] This is the DX-CHAT reflector sponsored by the NJDXA http://njdxa.org Subscribe/unsubscribe, feedback, FAQ, problems http://njdxa.org/dx-chat To post a message, DX related items only, [email protected] This is the DX-CHAT reflector sponsored by the NJDXA http://njdxa.org
