After reading the fuss about the disallowed BS7H dxpedition where they operated on scaffolding on the reef I started to look at the YW0DX photos. This station was operated from the base which sits on stillts (expensive scaffolding) set out over the water. A few of the anttennas were set on the island but several were set on the base. The only part of the base that touches the island is a set of steps which leads to a long walkway which leads to the base on stills sticking out of the ocean.

What is the difference between the banned BS7H setup and the YW0DX setup?
