Maybe Carl and Bernie can make a small note in thier magazine columns re:
I am getting QSL cards from many new DXers who are saying "thanks for my
first HS" notes.
But.... the cards are coming in with these errors that New Guys need to know
about:
-the sae stuck shut due to Thai humidity,
-sae with no "USA" printed below the state and ZIP, gripe, but EU and JA
know better,
-call on one side of card, info on the other side,
-outer envelop so glued shut at the edges that can not easily open (no tape,
glue, nor other stickem will deter determined mail theft so leave the right
rear corner room for my opener, pse.
Good news ...
-my mail is no longer being stolen here,
-2 green stamps inside, vy often, BIG thanks,
-nice personal notes included,
-a "hello Somjit" sometimes, nice!
AND, a great variety of QSL styles most with photos as the cookie-cutter QSL
style goes bye bye! (sri Walter Ashe or WRL.... old guys know what this
means).
