It amazes me how many DX stations develop bad QSLing/greenstamp ripoff
reputations for alleged postal theft, yet refuse to adopt a relatively
simple and sensible solution. I also have yet to hear one of these DX
stations give an explanation as to why they won't do it. Charles, care
to be the first?
