You have several options.

http://www.dxcluster.info lists all known DX cluster nodes. Check the Notes coluumn on the "Telnet Directory" page to see if there are US-only nodes. As someone already suggested, AB5K-2 appears to be one such node.

Using the CC User program from VE7CC, you can set up filters any way you want. See http://ve7cc.net

Or you can use the filter commands native to the cluster node you connect to. There are some examples at:
