I think all clusters allow you to "set" the filters you want in place. Not all clusters use the same software so the command syntax will be different between nodes. The node should be able to help you do this.
GOOD logging software like the freeware LOGGER32 allow you to control this locally so that all spots come in from your node source, but are filtered according to your filter selections before being placed on the DX SPOTS page which is what you monitor.
