against the USD these days, Canada's becoming one
of the most expensive places to mail cards from.
I think DL is still the most (1,70, or $2.18 as
of this morning), but this is starting to come pretty close for international.
For trans-border mail, it should also be pointed
out that it's not really 93 cents for postage. I
think the breakdown is 50 cents for actual
postage, and 43 cents for long-term storage.
