I would not count on a diskette as the only backup. Over the years I have thrown away many bad diskettes. My log-file is 18M+ so it will not fit on a diskette even if I zipped it. I do not want to span the zipped file over a couple of diskettes either. I have burnt my log-file on a CD. For those who have a fast internet connection (not a dial-up) a good idea is to upload the file to a server on the Internet or send the file by email to some of the available free web-mail accounts.
