I have a very mysterious problem when I try to adjust the TX (transmit parameters) settings in the PSK31 window. First of all, the tabs across the top of the Settings window is blank; there are no names on the tabs. However, except for the TX tab, they all do respond properly with the expected options.when they are selected. In the case of the TX tab, some options seem to be absent. The "TX frequency, "" Net" and "CW control" options are visible, but there is no "TX keying" option as described in the manual. As a consequence, I'm unable to select a COM port for my interface. I've reread the manual and the Help files several times without success. Does anyone have any insight here?
