The radio address (programmed into your ICOM) should have been 58h, it
sounds like the radio was re-programmed. DX4WIN has only *ONE* hex
address code for the entire IC-706 line (48h), which sounds like it
could be improved.

p.s. you can copy pskcore.dll from the 8.04 directory to the 7.06 directory
