Hi Bud from Ed KG4W. Looking at the 9N 15m example, Looks to me like
either u have not submitted
that (direct) qsl to the league ? If you have submitted, maybe they have
not processed.
If you haven't submitted the 9N qsl card, then looks like what u are
seeing is proper. The only way
for that X to appear for 9N in the online lotw matrix is for either a
lotw qsl to arrive or u submit the paper qsl.

The pattern remains the same for the other two MISMATCHES.
How do I fix this?
