For the FW issue, I removed the (C) from the DXCC pane which showed a C for
both band and mode.
A sort for all the FW in the logbook showed only one 20M contact. Therefore
the C for the band was incorrect. It was not submitted previously to LOTW.
The C for the mode was correct because it was on another band (10M) and was
submitted and confirmed by LOTW.
A rerun of your Compare program no longer showed a mismatch for FW on 20M.
One of the 5 mismatches are therefore removed.
For the 3X issue, I removed the (C) from the DXCC pane which showed a C for
mode.
A sort for all the 3X in the logbook showed it was the only 3X in the log
worked on CW. It was not submitted previously to LOTW.
A rerun of your Compare program no longer showed a mismatch for 3X on CW.
Two of the 5 mismatches are therefore removed.
The same sleuthing was used to remove the remaining mismatches.
I must have been doing some previous DXCC Mixed, Band and Mode manual
editing.

The pattern remains the same for the other two MISMATCHES.
How do I fix this?
