I run the subject program regularly after each completed update with no mismatches.
After today’s completed confirmation by DXCC Desk I have 5 mismatches that I can’t resolve. For example the LOTW online credit matrix shows 9N not confirmed on 15M (no X in the column). MISMATCH - 15M. DX4WIN shows a star in the 9N 15M column. Clicking on the star opens up that QSO information, DX4WIN shows this QSO confirmed direct (Y) and not confirmed by either LOTW or eQSL (N). The lower DXCC pane shows a (C) in the Band row and dashes for all else (—). 3X has a MISMATCH -- CW. LOTW matrix has no X in the CW column for 3X. The DX4WIN matrix 3X CW star when clicked show the QSO confirmed (direct) nut not confirmed for LOTW or eQSL and confirmed for DXCC Mode. FW has a MISMATCH - 20M. LOTW has no X in the 20M column. DX4WIN has it confirmed direct and not confirmed by LOTW or eQSL. The DXCC pane shows a C for both band and mode. The pattern remains the same for the other two MISMATCHES. How do I fix this? I’m on digest.
