I think you can already do this by using a .BAT file to run DXBase:

dxbase2003.exe
winzip.exe -start parameters

When DXBase2003 goes to end  it will start WinZip, and with appropriate
command line parms you should be able to provide a list of files to backup
and a name and destination.

Ill admit I have not tried this nor looked into it very thoroughly.  Perhaps
someone is already doing this?
