Hi Folks,

We've been silent on this matter until now. We wanted to be sure we clearly
understood all the facts before jumping to conclusions. We have discussed
the matter with the makers of the Winkey. It turns out that there was a
problem in their firmware since day one of their product being offered.
Despite a lot of testing on their part and ours, no one ever knew. Due to a
little luck, the problem never manifested itself until Winkey changed their
firmware recently. Now, the luck is gone and it does present a problem. We
are working with the makers of Winkey and expect that we will make a change
to DXbase 2006 to assist in resolving the issue. We will be examining the
necessary changes in the coming days and announce something here when we
have more info to share with you. We anticipate that we will provide a
DXbase 2006 patch once we have implemented and tested the necessary change.

Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you will continue to be patient while
Steve and I come up with a solution.

Regards,
Jack
