There are many times when I want to run DXbase without having a radio turned on. Every time I do I get two error messages, 1. "Unable to open <HF Radio 1> comport. This feature will be turned off. 2. "Unable to open <K1EL CW> comport. This feature will be turned off. (I use a microHam device.) This becomes rather annoying because the next time I want to use the radio and microHam, I must go into tools menu and turn them back on.
Have I missed something in the setup? If not, can these features work the same as the Telnet interface, where it warns you and continues on it's merry way. I assume setting some kind of internal switch saying the telnet isn't being used during this session. de K2GN/ Larry
