DXbase 2007 uses the DXCC field during both ADIF import and export.  The 
numeric entity code assigned by ARRL is part of the DXbase Prefix database 
table.  So, if this field is contained in the ADIF file to be imported, it 
is used.  If it is not present, DXbase will attempt to identify the correct 
country prefix through different logic.
