If this "different logic" is using information in the ADIF file which
is not in the spec, i.e.
<APP_WRITELOG_PREF:1>K
than this is prone to failure, as the prefix names in the CTY file may
not be what DXbase expects. This is where the DXCC enumeration is
needed, since that's an invariant value, i.e. Alaska will always be #6
regardless of what "prefix" is in the ADIF file. However, no logging
software supports this, nor does the CTY file.
