There is a step by step writeup complete with pictures in the help file that illustrates how to modify the label design for the time field to limit the printout to 4 digits. This is located under the Label section of the help file under the heading, "How do I". But of course you'll need to download the Microsoft .dll that allows viewing of the old style ".hlp" help file system. I no longer have the link for that file.
