Good gosh fellows,

What is shown on your screen can be easily customized for the card or label.
I use two formats for my card templates:

Left$(TIME,4)
and
Left$(TIME,2)+":"+MID$(TIME,2,2)

Will give HHMM and HH:MM

All the above is in the help files which still work if you download a simple
plug-in from Microsoft.

Also, you don't have to hard print a label or card. There is a WYSIWYG
output built into the label and card editor. In fact you can do a dry run to
screen just to see what the actual card or label looks like. So you really
don't need to waste a single card or label to experiment.

As for the seconds on the screen, which is a non-issue for me and many
others, I simply close in the column width of the log to make the seconds
invisible.

Catch you all on the bands,
Eric - VE3GSI
