atleast a rewrite of the DynAPI core code, and most likely the widgets with
it.. all your own stuff is your responsibility, but I think that all new
widgets from now would then automatically use it (besides, I have the most
widgets to recode anyway :)

I am very realistic.. your thinking to much of the end-result.. I'm purely
focusing on the way you create the stuff. An editor with timelines, and room
to add your own "environment" code. If such an editor is available, it would
make the creation of websites using the DynAPI as easy as doing it with
Flash. I started that wysiwyg editor a while ago, but took it into the
wrong direction (I think). It should be more of a "scene" editing tool, not
a website/layer editing environment.

Guess that's where we differ alot, I want to push things beyond the so
called limit. I know (and hopefully have proven) that DHTML can do more then
nice loadpanels with scrollbars.. I was just mentioning that I'm gonna try
to do this, not saying that this is the way DynAPI should go and everyone
join in, just my personal idea, and my focus. I probably didn't explain it
correctly, but that's how I work, it's all in my head and I know how to do
it and that it's possible.. just need some free time :)
Also, to get that "place in the market", you need to be user friendly (only
way to survive.. see windows/linux).. editors are user friendly (if done
right ;)
