I am thinking along the lines of  Eythan.  We should just declare
"//private" in the comments, then expand on it in an updated version of
Pascal's Developer Reference.  In the end, it's clearer and after comment
extraction a tad bit smaller byte wise.

As to the rest, fine.  Unless it means redoing and recoding existing sites.
I imagine poor Richards going to grow fatigued transitioning the demo's
library every 2 months.
