could you explain that a bit? As far as I understand the LGPL it would
be enough if the Dynapi source files lie in a publicly accessible
directory of the CD and are opened from there.
All Raymond has to do is to make it possible (not even easy) for the
user to replace the dynapi sources with his own version of the code.
He also has to either provide the (readable) source code of Dynapi or
provide a link to a download location of Dynapi.

The only more serious problem I heard about LGPL is that it permits
the user to reverse engineer your application (which is allowed in
many european countries anyway). But I can't confirm that point.

And, wouldn't you have to ask _all_ contributors before you can
relicense the library?
