This is public domain. It belongs to humanity. No one individual can reclaim
any line of code they have contributed to this project. People can build
their own extensions, their own applications based on DynAPI. Or bundle it
with their CD media like Raymond. The extensions, applications or bundled
software is not covered under this license. Feel free to make a profit on
your extensions. Just don't be surprised if someone replicates your work,
when it is to generic.

Subject: Re: [Dynapi-Dev] Re: Widget Discussions, License issues

Forget about Dan's widgets: he can do what he wants with them because
they are his work. When it comes to the DynAPI as it is now, what
includes, what has been done so far and what will be improved in the
future needs to be under any license that allows it to be used in
commercial software. Even a widget pack can be made commercial software
based on the API. If that is not the case, then the whole thing has no
sense.

So what license do we need ? Do we need to invent one ? Whatever is
needed, do it. Which brings up another interesting question: who owns
this ? Dan ? All of us who have a line of code in there ? Nobody at all ?
