Well, since most of the files inside dynapi uses the
"." extension I would assume it's best to just follow
through with.

What do you think?

1) dynlayer_inline.js
2) dynlayer.inline.js 
3) inline.js
4) dynlayerinline.js

I'm more for #2 or #1.
