First, thanks for replying with the data I asked for.
Nothing immediately pops out below.

I think that (and we've seen similar problems before) you might have a
power supply that is going bad or that your motherboard is not able to
supply enough power for all the lan ports.

sometimes when you get random drop of link, especially if there are lots
of adapters, it could be caused by voltage droop on some of the supply
lines.

There could also be heat problems.

Do you have another identical machine to test with?

So far I have no idea what is going on. :-(
