I would suggest you check e1000.sourceforge.net and see that there's three 
newer drivers than the one you're using. The latest should compile on RHEL7.3.

Also, attachments don't work here. You'll have to submit a bug if you want to 
show us logs.

It looks like they've backported some stuff in a way that breaks assumptions in 
a bunch of the Intel out-of-tree drivers.

Are there plans to add support for 7.3?  If so, do you have any guess as to 
timeline?
