In general we don't mention version numbers of OSes and I don't expect we'll 
start.

I can also tell you that we also posted newer versions of the other three 
drivers.

I did check there.  The changelogs don't say anything about support for 7.3, 
and I assumed that would be a big enough deal that it would be mentioned.

What about i40evf/ixgbe/ixgbevf?  I have the latest versions of each and they 
all choke in similar fashion on 7.3.
