not that easy as VPI / VCI are currently in the same file as OPTNxx...
as required by the module/eaglectrl (will change once CMVs are
completely taken into account, well as soon as the proposed
implementation is validated).

for me it's owned by root :
-rw-r--r--  1 root root   1453 oct 27 01:36 eagle-usb.conf
I've got no user named eagle-usb (or I did not understand what you
mean ?)

BTW, you forgot to change your clock : it's 1:24, not yet 1:50... (your
BIOS clock should be set to GMT).
