A simple solution (mais beaucoup moins convivial (On autorise le franglais ?)).
We ask always VCI, VPI and Country (for CMV)... and we say “you must read this
file to know the good parameters”.

A good solution, use this file text to generate the list "country/isp".
Statically ? Dynamically ?
