I also believe that all commands should be on a menu somewhere.
Well almost all. Keyboard navigation (left, right, word-left, ...) and 
other 'standard commands' don't really need a menu entry.

But, I still remember trying Idea, opening all the menus and noting 
down all keyboard shortcuts I could find.
I think that it would be VERY usefull having a list of all possible 
assignments with the current assigned keys.
