In the keymap settings panel, there is a group called "Editor Actions" and one called "Other". As far as I can tell, none of these are on a menu anywhere. People probably wouldn't access commands like "Next Word With Selection" from a menu very often, but putting them on a menu makes a great reference. One of IDEA's selling points is that everything can be done from the keyboard; perhaps everything should also be possible from the mouse too. (But I don't think it's a particularly high priority.)
