Although you shouldn't experience many problems upgrading to the last stable version, I would recommend the following: First of all, make a configuration backup of eBox, system->backup. Get a spare machine or a virtual machine and install the last stable version. Restore the configuration backup or configure it manually again. Save changes and do a thorough check of the functionality you are using. Or you can also try in your test machine to install the very same server beta version, restore/reconfigure eBox and upgrade the whole system. Carry out proper checks to see if everything is working ok.
