Hum, ok.

This is what I did :
- I download org.nuxeo.ecm.client from SVN.
- I run mvn install
- I copy org.nuxeo.ecm.client\nuxeo-client-build\target\nuxeo-client.zip 
in another directory.
- I extract the zip file to a nuxeo-client directory
- I run java Launcher launcher.properties

Is there anything else to do ?

xsom is part of the nuxeo-core-schema-...jar there's no need to 
install it manually in theory.
There must be something else wrong with your config, but I can't help 
you personally as I'm not using windows.
