If you compile the trunk nuxeo shell, then you should use it with the
development version of Nuxeo.
To use it with 5.1.3.2 you must use
https://svn.nuxeo.org/nuxeo/nuxeo-addons/nuxeo-platform-shell/tags/5.1.3.2
For 5.1.3.1 I'm not sure there was a released version though. I would
advise to upgrade Nuxeo to 5.1.3.2.
