excuse me but last time i checked Walt Disney you know the guy who drew Mickey
etal was quite guy & had a long standing partner who lived with him. so this
idiocy the Disney originally stood for family values etc is simply crap. alot
of the early stories were about witches & wizards not all bad ones either.
quite pagan if you know where to look. i wish i had the $$$ to go down there
i'd stage a counter protest celebrating the life of my paganism & the death of
the christian religion ie. first they offed their god, then they proceeded to
where on people who simply had dark skin & a slightly different religion from
them; the Moors & the Crusades, then they burnt hung &/or tortuted to death
over 600 million mostly women just to get their land & let the new (male)
physicians have a new monopoly & to let the other women know how was in
charge. luckily the Goddess survived & she will survive this too. However
seeing as the park including the outside of the gates is all Disney private
property somewhat different from the sidewalk of a health clinic; it will be
interesting to see them promptly arrested for trespass on private property &
banned from the park - a protection order on all the protesters. the law
surrounding this type of thing is significantly different than even a shopping
mall. the park is private property & has the right to say who can come & go
from it's premises as well as who cannot. they would have to go to the very
edge of the park in the surrounding town of Orlando to protest legally. &
that edge is on the outsides of even the parking lots, resorts & much of the
street around the park & going into it. in other words with air conditioning
they have to have at least a million people to even have a chance of being
heard the first time before they are all arrested. Also being that Disney
pretty much owns Orlando city hall; the first arrested & all others later on
will probably be left in jail til the gays are gone. ( i have a cousin who
lives in Orlando & several other throughout Florida) So have know fear unless
some judge makes new law which isn't likely this protest will likely fall flat
on it's face within the first few days.

Right on, sister Aedrienne! Thanks for comin' out of lurker mode... it
will be interesting to follow events in Orlando. It is such a waste of
human time, energy, money and human life force for these people to be
spewing their hatred at others because those others choose to LOVE... to
LOVE their bodies, to do with their BODIES as THEY see fit because they
LOVE themselves and their BODIES more than the dead god which you
mention...
By the way, I'm interested to know what peoples impressions of DISNEY as a
corporation are anyway. As far as I know (and maybe someone will tell me
I'm wrong) Disney doesn't really officially sponsor the gay fest anyway...
Someone recently mentioned Disney, at a gay men's retreat here in Montana,
as having "done a lot" for the gay community... I didn't really agree with
him... I mean, what... "Ellen"?! Any comments on this?
let's wish upon a star that we can SAVE this PLANET before the HATE
MONGERS have yahweh's much touted and anticipated doomsday APOCOLYPSE....
