Bertina, thanks for clearing that up.  However something else causes
overpopulation, something else causes poor governmental policies and something
else causes the unequal distribution of wealth. And those something elses are
at the root of the current ecocrisis -  You have to peel back the layers so to
speak or dig deeper to get the root of problems - curing the stems and the
fruits won't heal the plants and the trees, if the soil is bad you have to
cure that- the soil is where the root is - same applies to the ecocrisis -
there are root causes of the problem - cure those and you begin to cure the
problems!

Yes and also to control our consumption - what kinds of products  we consume,
and how much we consume and how much of what we consume ends up in landfills
and how much gets recycled - All these need to be controlled!
