Hi, re rephrasing, to you and all and sundry!  Just do it!  Cut and paste the
changes and post 'em!  I don't own this.  I'll perform the "housekeeping" bit
of adding/deleting for a whole document from time to time, if people want me
to, but it's really an organic process; and where we disagree,  I'd like for
all of you to address how you would like that handled.  The options are
infinite, of course.
