Fertility is not always relative to bearing a physical being, but may refer to
the continual development of an entity, being, or process such as a
relationship. This item may need a little wordsmithing, but I am hardly
allergic to the word "fertility" . Check a good thesaurus for synonyms such as
fruitful, etc. Even the word "pregnant" is not solely limited to physiologic
gestation.

Just a thought.
