This is in response to the letters about SHPC. I get the impression that the 
responses were generated without knowledge of our goals as expressed in our 
essays. These can be read in a very few minutes because they are very brief. 
Please take the time to read them before judging the movement. We do not 
espouse dropping condoms from helicopters.

If your responses are posted on the Discussion Forum, more people will 
benefit from your views and the ECOFEM perspective.

The problem of human overpopulation can be sub cataloged in many ways by 
people with special axes to grind. Strongly religious persons have written to 
say that the fundamental problem of the human race is a crises of faith, 
presumably curable by conversion to their religion. The problem doubtlessly 
has many dimensions, but if the Easter Island disaster is to be avoided, 
something must be done soon. The constitutional amendment we seek would get
