I heard about this plan the americans had - top secret - 
where they knew they had to cut down on population so they 
made up 2 plan thingys. The frst was they created the AIDS 
virus and gave it in Hepatitis B "vaccines" to social 
undesirables eg gays, blacks etc. The second was they told 
3rd world countries they had to control their populations 
or they would receive no more help from the UN or whatever. 
If any countries refused a civil war would mysteriously 
break out wherein more civilians - especially women of 
childbearing age and children - were kiled, and the rebels 
that started it all turned out to have been funded and 
trained by the CIA.
Just a thought on how the world population will be 
controled.
It will always be the upper classes controlling the lower 
classes and the "developed" countries controlling the 
"undeveloped".
