My sympathies to all those living in intimate contact with the
current US political climate. You now have some idea what it is like
to live with Irish politicians.
Problem with chatting on line at this time of year is that I still
have to do the day job but I'm trying to be out of doors from the
moment the birds wake until they go to sleep - about 4am to 11pm. It
doesn't leave much time for anything else. The hedges are snow white
with the hawthorn blossom at the moment with lady's lace blowing
along the bottom. The night scent of the beans is stunning. And the
slugs are making a beeline for everything I particularly cherish so
I'm just off out with a torch and a pair of scissors
