I just checked mine, and there are still open ones. They tend to float to
the bottom, since they are ordered by activity, and closed ones tend to
float to the top. I've noticed that some are closed if they're waiting for
customer activity and don't see any for a while.

Peregrine's web site for customer self-service; example: logging a case for
assistance.

This morning; I wanted to review any "history" (entries made by Peregrine)
updates to an
open item, I logged with Peregrine, a few days ago. Lo and behold, the
case no longer
exists! Has anyone else noticed this. In fact, when selecting to view all
open cases,
(cases opened by me), all I get are my "closed" cases.
