Lorenzo,

It looks like Peregrine is following in the steps of Harbinger.
They close cases after a number of days open and you do not bug them. The
assumed that you resolved the problem. Case not logged etc. etc.

It is a number game for the individuals. You have to make noise, loud and
often to be heard.
