But what's appropriate for BASF, DuPont and Dow might not be for a small
outfit. I'll take Richard Hug at his word that an inexpensive translator
like Emanio's Trading Partner PC wired together with chewing gum,
bailing wire and Perl is entirely appropriate for his client's needs.
