Yes there is a non-expensive tool that can easily replace and surpass Mercator. Had you taken a look at Softshare's Delta translator/mapper before developing your own mapper? I worked with Mercator - albeit for a short while (4mths) and I found it extremely difficult to understand, use and much less master. Without any training and a reference guide to go with it took the better part of a month to get an 850 transaction out. (OK maybe not a month but it was hell). On the other-hand, it took me all of an hour to get my first 850 PO out using Delta. Intuitive is the word. Really easy to get the hang of. And it literally blew the doors off of Mercator and A.I. - the 'other' upper-market tools that were out there at the time. At a fraction of the cost. Just my 2 cents worth....:) John Fiorino CompuSys Solutions Softshare Application Systems Integrator (514)592-7144 / (450)669-5506 -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
