My understanding was (2 yrs ago when I set up Wal-Mart AS2 for my last company) that Wal-Mart prohibited any third-party relationship like this. That was my plan at the time, to outsource the AS2 to my VAN (Sterling). Wal-Mart expressly forbid it, saying we needed to get our own solution up and running. Again - should be none of their %$#@ business, but we're talkin' about Wal-Mart here!
