NOTE -- This is my opinion and your mileage may vary! It's my understanding that one of the reasons that unemployment is at an all time low is that it's calculated based on the number of people "collecting" unemployment insurance. It doesn't count the people who have max'ed out the benefit. There are a LOT of those folks at least I seem to know a lot...and it sounds like John may be one of them.
