Siavish, Another EXCELLENT solutions provider is Softshare. ( www.softshare.com <http://www.softshare.com/> ) WAY cheaper then most and (IMO) blows them all away! Does not base their product pricing on number of partners, number of maps, number of days in a week, time of day, full-moon, solar eclipse etc etc etc. You may want to take a look.

SOme of the big integration suites that can do EDI + communications are: Sterling Commerce = Gentran Integration Suite. Axway-cyclone = Synchony Integration Suite. Webmethods = Fabric 6.5 IBM or Websphere = Mercator Inovis = Bizmanager plus the EDI translator This vendors however are very large, and you probably won't come cheap, but they are a good place to start. It depends on how much money you want to invest. The cheapest so far I think is Sterling Commerce. It depends on how many customers, how much traffic, how many transactions. Etc...
