Free is the way it should be. I definitely do not condone their course of charging the customer for their AS2 costs. I'm afraid though that it is a trend that seems to be growing with companies like theirs. I know of some VAN's that are deferring the AS2 costs to their customers as well. That's just not cool! If I as the customer am forking out the dough for my own AS2 costs why should I pay for yours as well?
